Scot is a retired UNIX SysAdmin on a quest for "Career 2.0" as a software developer. He has a broad knowledge of operating systems, databases, and programming languages. While not a true master of any one, he can generally figure anything out given enough time.
He joined ACGNJ in the fall of 2013 and has served on the Board of Directors as a Director since September 2014. In that time, he has given several presentations at ACGNJ meetings and was a backup speaker at TCF in 2015. He still finds value in IRL (in real life) user group meetings, where humans and technology interface.
Hidden Talent: The ability to improvise a solution to any problem.
Fun Fact: He despises financial chess but has proven rather adept at it.
